Top-class, clean place with competent staff from the concierge to the waiters. The restaurant was WONDERFUL, at ground floor and breakfast.

It was soundproof, newly renovated and in mostly good condition. All the staff was outstandingly accommodating and incredibly nice, settled my issues.

my recent stay in london couldn't have been more perfect. from the moment i entered the hotel till the morning i left, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my time there was exceptional. the concierge team gave us amazing restaurant suggestions, even last minute, and arranged a special city tour for us. the breakfast in the room was a great touch and the location was ideal for shopping and dining.

The service at Four Seasons was impeccable from start to finish. We were greeted by name at the busy bar on New Year's Eve, which was a pleasant surprise. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The room itself was stylish and comfortable, and the beautiful bathroom left us with nothing to complain about. The breakfast options, especially the delicious vegan apricot croissants, were a delightful treat. The views from the spa and gym overlooking the city and London Eye were breathtaking. While the hotel may not have the quintessential British charm, it more than makes up for it with its modern and luxurious ambiance.

there were stylish, recently refurbished rooms with art from london, tasteful decor, as for instance. the location was amazing, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a british department store.

My second stay at this hotel was just as amazing as the first. The staff at reception was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. The doormen were also very nice and welcoming. The housekeeping of the room was exceptional, always leaving it spotless. The Amaranto bar served excellent and unique cocktails, and the Easter brunch was perfect. Being chauffeured to museums was a pleasant surprise, and all other services were provided with utmost care and warmth. This hotel surpasses all others I have experienced.

The venue is clean and reasonably large, views are amazing, the location is nice and perfect really close to shopping, dining, plays, Tube, local area restaurants, and London or else where.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff, from the management to housekeeping, were amazing. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always had a smile on their face. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the gym and the breathtaking view of Hyde Park from our room. The breakfast at Amaranto was absolutely delicious. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect. It was very close to the Tube, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also enjoyed being in an exceptional neighborhood, with plenty of local area restaurants to choose from. The icing on the cake was the Rolls Royce courtesy car that was provided for us, making us feel like VIPs.
